Organization and Role
Teradyne Production Board Test Division is looking for a Field Application Engineer who will provide application support, conduct training for customers, and provide technical support to the sales team.
• Provides first-line onsite application support/consultation to customers
• Work with customers to improve test programs and optimize test time.
• Work with the service team to address customer's daily production issues.
• Develop test solutions based on customer's specific requirements.
• Conduct training for customers.
• Collect information and feedback to engineering to resolve a hardware or software problem.
