1. 業務系統操作與資訊協調
@協助操作業務ERP系統，確保公司運作順暢。
@協調各部門的資訊流通，提高工作效率。
2. 客戶服務與關係維護
@處理客戶問題，詳細紀錄並提供迅速有效的回覆。
@積極維繫良好的客戶關係，提升客戶滿意度。
3. 出貨流程與快遞管理
@協助出貨流程與快遞安排，確保貨物準時送達客戶手中。
@監控物流狀態，保障運輸順利。
4. 電商平台經營
@協助電商平台產品上架，負責行銷設定與溝通，確保商品資訊正確無誤。
@負責電商平台的請款事宜，確保交易流程順利進行。
5. 社群媒體經營
@負責社群媒體企劃、發文與回文內容，提升品牌曝光度。
@監測社群互動，即時回應用戶評論，建立積極互動。
6. 主管工作協助
@配合主管的工作安排，執行主管交辦的各項工作。
@確保主管工作順利進行，協助解決相關問題。

除了以上核心業務，遠東環球(股)還成功拓展其他業務，包括IT支援服務和產品開發。這些相關經驗與技術不僅成為公司成長的動力，也為我們提供了多元化的發展機會。
於2018年，我們成立了OhCool科技平台，負責經營網路商店平台並開始拓展數位媒體廣告優化技術。由線下轉向線上廣告推廣，並在電商平台上成功銷售。
2019年，OhCool科技進一步拓展業務，成為廣告代理商，為客戶代管數位媒體包括Facebook、Instagram、Google、Youtube、Yahoo和Line廣告。
2020年，我們與宜蘭大學食品科合作，共同開發了一系列台灣製造的自有品牌保健食品。
2023年，遠東環球榮幸成為國際電視品牌大廠Hisense Laser TV台灣總代理，致力協助Hisense在台灣市場進行品牌行銷與產品業務推廣。

The company’s flagship business is the distribution of wide variety of upscale audio/video equipment including Blu ray player, headphone, surround receiver, amplifier, speakers of international vendors like OPPO, Atlantic Technology, Waterfall, JIB, WireWorld and more.
The company also markets a range of PC components and peripherals under its own brands. Within a short span, ExTrading have shown phenomenal growth and rank today among the top leading brands in the country.

Between 2018, established OhCool technology, responsible for shop online platform and start expanding digital media advertising optimization technology. From up to down for advertising product and sell online.
In 2019, OhCool technology developed multiple department as an advertising Agent, digital media including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Yahoo and Line advertisement.
