職務描述
1. 協助操作業務系統，確保公司運作順暢，協調相關部門的資訊流通。
2. 處理客戶問題，負責詳細紀錄與提供迅速有效的回覆，維繫良好的客戶關係。
3. 協助出貨流程與快遞安排，確保貨物準時送達客戶手中。
4. 處理行政庶務，包括文件整理、辦公室維護等，確保辦公環境有序運作。
5. 負責應收與應付款項的安排，進行帳務核對與支付操作。
6. 辦理銀行庶務，包括但不限於存款、提款、對帳等相關事宜。
7. 配合主管的工作安排，執行主管交辦的各項工作，確保工作順利進行。

於2018年，我們成立了OhCool科技平台，負責經營網路商店平台並開始拓展數位媒體廣告優化技術。由線下轉向線上廣告推廣，並在電商平台上成功銷售。
2019年，OhCool科技進一步拓展業務，成為廣告代理商，為客戶代管數位媒體包括Facebook、Instagram、Google、Youtube、Yahoo和Line廣告。
2020年，我們與宜蘭大學食品科合作，共同開發了一系列台灣製造的自有品牌保健食品。
2023年，遠東環球榮幸成為國際電視品牌大廠Hisense Laser TV台灣總代理，致力協助Hisense在台灣市場進行品牌行銷與產品業務推廣。
