About the role...
我們正在尋找具備良好邏輯思考能力、對數字高度敏銳度、衝勁及成長野心的潛力人才加入我們ALP的會計團隊。主辦會計作為中階主管向上與會計協理及財會主管匯報，帶領帳務團隊負責永聯台灣母公司帳務處理並針對現有會計流程進行優化，同時接觸跨部門專案執行、SAP整合及稅務申報。未來除母公司永聯外，也將規劃物流服務及海外等子公司帳務管理及合併報表編制等發展及輪調機會。歡迎熱愛挑戰及對未來發展有想法的你，加入我們並與團隊一同成長！
What you will do...
1. 負責工程、租賃收入及倉儲自動化設備資產管理等月結帳務
2. 主導專案類型帳務、預算編列及跨部門溝通協調以掌控專案進度
3. 規劃及檢討會計作業流程
4. 申報稅務及辦理投資抵減
5. 配合會計師進行查帳作業
6. 其他主管交辦事項

1. 心思縝密：對數字具高度敏銳度，能夠處理大量數字運算
2. 反應敏捷：有能力在不斷變化的環境中適應並有效工作
3. 團隊合作：對於不同會計作法，樂於分享與提醒
4. 創新思維：能夠提出質疑並嘗試新方法，幫助改善、提升效率
What skills are required...
1. 會計/財稅等相關科系學士或碩士
2. 具7~10年工作經驗，涵蓋事務所或上市櫃主辦會計經驗
3. 具備管理經驗者優先考慮
4. 熟悉Excel，基本函數如Vlookup, Sumif, index等
5. IFRS會計公報、營業稅/營所稅法相關知識
6. 具備良好中、英文能力
7. 熟悉SAP系統者佳

ALP (Ally Logistic Property, Co., Ltd.), is the first and largest institutional logistics property developer in Taiwan, providing sustainable modern logistics facilities which comply with the highest international standards.
ALP's mission is to make the logistics industry become simpler, smarter, and more sustainable. ALP has set up the goal to invest US$1 billion in the logistics facilities in Taiwan, and now we are halfway through. As the first institutional logistics property developer in Taiwan, ALP has built and is now managing more than 500,000 sqm of warehouses. During these 10 years, ALP has constructed and is now managing 6 logistics parks in Taiwan. With over 90% of warehouses occupied, more than 60% is leased by multinational companies that include retail and commercial brands, channels and third-party logistics service providers and more. Treating Taiwan as an incubator, ALP has gained comprehensive knowledge and experience in optimizing logistics solutions and service, integrating with automation and robotics.
