職務描述
Job Description:
• Actively work with management, Talent Acquisition, and staffing agencies as applicable to ensure a flow of top and diverse talent for every position
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Timely update the tracker & analyze the results
• Perform regular HR Adm Activities
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist with experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Adm
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin a plus
• Highly skilled in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Power Automate, Power BI is highly preferable
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences
• Effective organization, time management skills, positive mindset and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills but also the ability to work independently
• Experience in a manufacturing, design engineering, procurement is highly preferable
• Understanding of HR related Law & Regulations
