職務描述
1. Have at least 2 years machine management experience. including glue dispenser, chip mounter and encapsulation. Familiar with mechanical principles and Electrical knowledge and optical principles.
2. Have good Spare Parts Management Ability.
3. Independent installation and setup experience is preferred.
5. Proficient in office software such as Minitab & JMP.
6. .Strong knowledge in performing mechanical drawing and able to use 3D software/Autocad for mechanical design and fabrication and tolerance analysis.
7. Familiar in performing DOE's PCN and process validation (RCA)
8. Familiar with camera module process principles and algorithms.
