職務描述
1. Assisting in managing the company products and other details of sales and service requests
2. Analyzing technological problems, checking its technical resolution
3. Collaborating with software and hardware engineers, and product managers for obtaining accurate information of application usage, and system operations
4. Preparing technical proposal in defining the technical solution guidelines
5. Troubleshooting on customer's request, resolving other engineering issues, and conducting regular follow up on customer's activities
6. Assisting customers in maintaining the engineering applications efficiently
7. Evaluating the customer's requirement and administering the technical, and functional aspects of proposals
8. Participating in different seminars, conferences, and meetings for promoting products
