職務描述
◼︎職務目的：
提升活動曝光度： 在快閃活動中，將品牌形象及產品特色有效傳遞給消費者。
促進產品銷售： 透過專業的銷售技巧，達成銷售目標。
蒐集消費者回饋： 了解消費者對產品的喜好與需求，作為未來產品開發的參考。
◼︎職務內容：
●活動前準備：
熟悉產品知識：詳閱產品成分、功效、使用方法等。
了解活動資訊：清楚活動時間、地點、優惠內容、目標客群。
準備銷售工具：確認試用品、產品目錄、收銀機等是否齊全。
熟悉銷售流程：了解從顧客接待到結帳的整個流程。
●活動期間：
顧客接待： 以熱情笑容和專業態度迎接每一位顧客。
產品介紹： 根據顧客膚質、需求，推薦適合的產品。
試用體驗： 提供顧客試用產品，讓顧客親身體驗產品效果。
促銷活動： 介紹活動優惠，鼓勵顧客購買。
顧客諮詢： 耐心解答顧客的疑問，提供專業建議。
銷售結帳： 協助顧客完成結帳手續，並確認顧客資訊。
維持現場秩序： 保持銷售區域整潔，並協助處理突發狀況。
活動結束後：
●協助整理銷售區域。
統計銷售數據，並將相關資料交予主管。
撰寫活動心得，提出改進建議。
