Job Description
收銀儲備幹部是一份需要高度組織能力和應變能力的工作，負責整個收銀團隊的運作，確保收銀流程順暢、準確，並提供優質的顧客服務。
◼︎收銀流程管理：
負責制定並執行收銀作業標準流程。
確保收銀系統的正常運作，並定期進行維護。
監督收銀人員操作，確保交易正確無誤。
處理退換貨、客訴等問題。
◼︎現金管理：
負責每日現金收支的盤點與核對。
定期進行現金存款作業。
確保現金的安全，防止遺失或盜竊。
◼︎系統操作與維護：
熟悉POS系統、會員系統等相關軟硬體操作。
能夠快速排除系統故障，確保收銀作業不中斷。
協助開發或優化收銀系統。
◼︎數據分析與報告：
負責收集、整理及分析收銀相關數據。
產出銷售報表，提供給上級參考。
根據數據分析結果，提出改善建議。
◼︎顧客服務：
處理顧客的付款問題，解答顧客的疑問。
維持良好的顧客關係，提升顧客滿意度。
