Job Description
職責描述：
1. 負責公司年度行銷企劃的規劃與執行
2. 維護公司網站前後台功能與定期資訊更新
3. 社群媒體與社交軟體發文與操作
4. 公司企業形象推廣
5. 活動提案與企劃執行
6. 線上行銷規劃與平台優化執行
7. 平面與線上文宣設計製作
8. 行銷成果監測與分析追蹤
職務需求:
1. 中文表達能力強，英文閱讀能力中等
2.對英國和房地產業有興趣
3. 具備高度學習能力，善於團隊合作，抗壓性高
4. 熟悉剪接，製圖，與InDesign、Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator等常用設計工具
5.熟悉Facebook、Youtube、IG運營
6.如有行銷規劃與執行，品牌管理，廣告製作與效益評估，行銷策略擬定，活動企劃，社群媒體文案撰寫等經驗為優先
