【派遣招募工讀生】
工作內容：
1. 公司派遣招募
2. 篩選履歷/電話邀約
3. 其他主管交辦事項
–– 每月依招募業績表現，提供績效獎金
–– 公司內部正職職缺，非派遣職缺
(每週上班天數3-5整天)
【人資招募工讀生】
工作內容：
1. 篩選履歷/電話邀約(20%)：進行招募篩選和履歷評估。
2. 公司內部正職招募(70%) ：尋找與公司內部正職符合標準的人選，確保職位的符合度。
3. 社群經營(10%)：社群平台上的推廣及招募活動，包括LinkedIn、104、1111等。
-每月依招募業績表現，提供績效獎金
-公司內部正職職缺，非派遣職缺
