Job Description
1. Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the sales team.
2. Effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole of the organization.
3. Utilize agreed systems to manage the sales office functions, analysis and reporting to HQ.
4. Developing strategy plans for the sale office’s progress and growth.
5. Set an example for team members of commitment, head office process and activities, work ethics and habits and personal character.
6. Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls, and adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
7. Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers and customers.
