【職缺內容】

● 專案中翻英：負責集團內各專案的中翻英本地化作業，包括遊戲、使用者介面、客服後台系統、社群文案、官網或日常營運支援等。

● 品質檢測：負責內部本地化內容的測試，以及外部合作廠商本地化內容的校對，確保高品質的本地化內容。

● 文化適應：基於對當地語言、文化和時事的了解，持續優化本地化內容以貼近當地玩家，「感覺是當地人寫的文案」。

● 問題追蹤：收集不同部門間和本地化相關的問題，追蹤並修正。

● 文檔建立與管理：建立與管理內部的本地化風格指南和術語表，確保同個專案的本地化風格和術語上保持一致。

【特質條件】

● 英文程度為母語或達母語水準，精通繁體中文。

● 兩年以上的遊戲中翻英本地化經驗。

● 做事負責與細心，能夠分配自己的工作時間，確保專案在期限內完成。

【加分條件】

● 熟悉馬來西亞或新加坡的文化與禁忌，對該市場有較強的文化敏感度。

We are looking for a skilled Localization Specialist with expertise in English language localization (Traditional Chinese to English) to join our team at Wanin. As a Localization Specialist, you will ensure that our products and content resonate effectively with the local audience, reflecting cultural nuances and preferences. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least two years of experience in game localization from Chinese to English, with English proficiency at a native level.

Responsibilities:

● Chinese-to-English Localization: Be involved across all areas of our product localization needs, including in-game contents, user interfaces, backend systems, social media copy, official websites, and daily operational support from Chinese to English.

● Quality Assurance: Responsible for testing internal localization content and proofreading localization content from external vendors to ensure high-quality localization.

● Cultural Adaptation: Continuously optimize localization content based on a deep understanding of the target local language, culture, and current events to resonate with local players, creating a sense of authenticity as if the content were written by a local.

● Issue Tracking: Collecting and tracking localization-related issues across different departments, ensuring they are addressed and resolved promptly.

● Documentation Management: Establish and manage internal localization style guides and glossary sheets to ensure consistency in localization style and glossary for the same project.

Required Qualifications:

● Native or near-native proficiency in English and fluency in Traditional Chinese

● At least two years of experience in game localization from Chinese to English

● Responsible and detail-oriented, capable of managing own workload to ensure completing projects within deadlines

Desired Qualifications:

● Be familiar with Malaysian or Singaporean culture and taboos, possessing a solid cultural sensitivity towards these markets.
