Job Description
1. 駐點台灣辦公室、與日本、馬來西亞辦公室協作招募及面談工作(招募策略之建議、履歷表之篩選、聯繫、接待及面談，用人單位之意見提供與討論)
2. 開發多元招募管道、規劃招募策略、建議與執行招募管道關係維護及成效掌控
3. 籌劃暨執行大型招募活動規畫
4. 建立與更新維護人力資料庫和各項招募資料報表與統計分析
5. 協助其他主管交辦事項、內部跨部門溝通及支援HR部門相關專案活動
6. 語言要求：中文精通、英文流利
Responsibilities:
1. Based in Taiwan, responsible for recruitment (suggestions for recruitment strategies, resume screening, contacting, hosting interviews, and providing input and discussions with hiring managers).
2. Develop diverse recruitment channels, plan recruitment strategies, suggest and maintain relationships with recruitment channels, and monitor effectiveness.
3. Plan and execute large-scale recruitment event planning.
4. Establish and update a human resource database and various recruitment data reports and statistical analyses.
5. Assist in other tasks assigned by supervisors, internal cross-departmental communication, and support HR department-related projects.
6. Language requirements: Proficient in Mandarin and English
