1. Contact window for customers/territories as assigned
2. Provide responses to customer inquires as well as follow-up
3. Manage distributors in responsible territories and identify/develop new customers
4. Support necessary logistics and business trade shows
5. Analyses of sales and customer intelligence for internal use
6. Other sales related tasks as assigned
