職務描述

The Factory ESG Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing and implementing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives at the factory level. The candidate will work closely with the Factory ESG Manager to ensure compliance with adidas' sustainability standards and drive continuous improvement in ESG performance. The role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of ESG principles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ESG Compliance: Ensure compliance with adidas' ESG policies, local regulations, and international standards.
2. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor ESG performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
3. Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness of ESG issues among factory employees.
4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving ESG performance and implement relevant initiatives.
5. Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with suppliers to improve their ESG performance and ensure alignment with adidas' standards.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate ESG-related risks that could impact the factory's operations or reputation.
7. Community Engagement: Engage with local communities to promote sustainable development and social responsibility.
