職務描述

Job Description:
-Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies to drive
traffic, leads, and conversions across various channels, including Meta Ads, TikTok
Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
-Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends,
and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform campaign planning and
optimization.
-Collaborate with internal teams in Taiwan and Indonesia, including marketing,
creative, and content, to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and landing
pages that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
-Manage advertising budgets, bids, and performance metrics to optimize campaign
performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, including impressions, clicks,
conversions, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
-Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital
advertising, and recommend new opportunities for innovation and growth.
-Build and maintain relationships with advertising platforms, vendors, and partners
to stay ahead of industry developments and secure strategic opportunities.
-Continuously test and iterate on ad creative, targeting, and messaging to improve
campaign effectiveness and drive incremental results.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
(preferred).
- Required to undertake regular or occasional travel between Taiwan and Indonesia.
- Proven experience in digital advertising, focusing on planning and executing
campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads,
Facebook Ads, etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best
practices, including SEO/SEM, PPC, display advertising, social media advertising,
and email marketing.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads,
TikTok Ads Manager, etc., and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook
Analytics, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make
data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage
multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
