職務描述
We’re seeking an IT Administrator to oversee information systems, hardware, software, and network configurations. Key responsibilities include supporting overseas remote teams and ensuring secure access. Fluency in English is required.
# Responsibilities
1. Provide IT support to overseas and remote co-workers.
2. Set up and manage the office network infrastructure.
3. Administrate company email accounts, software applications, and systems.
4. Oversee work utilities and services to ensure efficiency.
5. Manage and maintain company equipment and technology assets.
# Qualifications
1. Administer Google Workspace and implement Single-Sign-On with other softwares for secure access.
2. Configure and maintain firewalls (Mikrotik, Fortigate, Cisco, etc.) for network security.
3. Manage switches to optimize network performance.
4. Set up and maintain WiFi APs (Aruba, Cisco, etc.) for reliable connectivity.
5. Configure VPNs, set up and manage VLANs.
6. Use Google Secured LDAP for authentication on WiFi, Mac, and Windows.
7. Manage Mac devices using Jamf or other MDM solutions.
8. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
The initial workplace is located at Taipei 101, with plans to relocate soon to a new site near MRT - Zhongxiao Xinsheng stations in Taipei.
