職務描述
【Purpose】
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Helpdesk Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the IT industry. This role will provide essential technical support to our global internal users, ensuring that they receive timely assistance with their IT-related issues, regardless of their location.
【Responsibilities】
1. Provide first-line technical support to internal users across different time zones via phone, email, or in-person.
2. Assist users with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
3. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems for global staff.
4. Collaborate with senior members of the IT team to escalate complex issues when necessary, considering time zone differences.
5. Document all support interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring clear communication for global stakeholders.
6. Assist in maintaining global IT inventory and asset management.
7. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal IT policies and procedures with a global perspective.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, considering global implications.
