職務描述
Core responsibilities:
• Act as the owner of the process control system infrastructure, programming, cybersecurity, and related management of change activity.
• Lead production process automation control upgrades and modifications for product and process improvement.
• Create and own a long-term vision for control systems and related system integration plans, and ensure that capital plans accurately reflect these plans.
• Lead capital project activity.
• Engage in site PSM activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as, or work closely with, the site safety interlock guardian to ensure that all safety Instrumented System requirements are met.
• Work closely with site manufacturing teams and technical engineers to define and execute improvement goals related to safety, asset productivity, and quality.
Qualifications:
• MS or BS in EE, ME, Ch.E or Automation Control background.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and engineering production process automation control.
• Knowledge of process control requirements, system architecture design, configuration, integration, and implementation of process control strategies using PLC-based control systems and HMI programming
• Experience in specifying, installing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting instruments and analyzers.
• Familiarity with Solidworks, Pro-E, Creo2, and AutoCAD
• Strong communication and leadership skills for project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience with coding, database management, Six Sigma methodology, and Process Safety Management will be considered a plus.
