職務描述
【職務內容】
1. 負責一般文書資料處理及歸檔工作。
2. 電話總機接聽、過濾、轉接來電、提供資訊及留言服務、訪客接待、指引及通知相關單位人員。
3. 辦公環境/設備管理、維護及優化。
4. 行政庶務類採購、辦公室零食採購、公司設備物品管理、費用請款報支。
5. 固定資產盤點執行與彙整作業。
6. 辦理公司尾牙、慶生會、聚餐、團康等活動辦理。
7. 部門專案支援與主管交辦事項。
【Job Description】
1.Responsible for general document processing and filing.
2.Answering, screening, and transferring phone calls, providing information and message services, receiving visitors, guiding them, and notifying relevant personnel.
3.Manage, maintain, and optimize office environment and equipment.
4.Procurement of administrative supplies, office snacks, company equipment and supplies management, and expense reimbursement.
5.Conduct and compile fixed asset inventory.
6.Organize company events such as annual parties, birthday celebrations, team meals, and team-building activities.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
