**職責：**
- 管理健身中心的外勤業務，提升整體業績。
- 設定並管理教練的業績目標，帶動團隊達成目標。
- 監控員工流動，確保團隊的穩定性。
- 提升個別及團體績效，激勵並帶動團隊友善士氣。
- 妥善處理客訴與勞資糾紛，確保中心運營順暢。
- 策劃並執行行銷活動，提升品牌曝光及會員招募。
**要求：**
-具有健身中心管理經驗。

**Position: Female Field Business Supervisor with Gym Management Experience**
**Location:** Taipei City
**About Us:**
Venus Art Fitness Center is committed to offering exceptional yoga and Pilates classes to enhance the holistic wellness of our members. We are seeking a female field business supervisor with gym management experience to focus on overall performance, managing instructor performance goals, and maintaining staff stability. This role will also emphasize individual and team performance improvement, motivation, team morale enhancement, and handling customer complaints and disputes effectively. Marketing planning responsibilities are required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage field business operations of the fitness center, enhancing overall performance.
- Set and manage performance goals for instructors, driving the team to achieve targets.
- Monitor staff turnover, ensuring team stability.
- Improve individual and group performance, motivate and enhance team morale.
- Handle customer complaints and labor disputes effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand exposure and member recruitment.
**Requirements:**
- Female, with experience in gym management.
- Willing to work full-time and sign a training contract.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest and passion for fitness and marketing.
- Excellent learning ability and problem-solving skills.
