【WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT - PURPOSE】
Responsible for learning and development activities, including organization capability assessment, coordination across departments and key collaborators for functional/technical training implementation, and optimally implementing talent management programs. Plays a critical role in liaising with leaders and employees across the organization to identify learning needs, design and facilitate technical and functional training programs, and measure the effectiveness of L&D programs in line with business objectives.

【WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS】
．University degree (preferably a degree in HR, Psychology, or Sociology).
．At least 2 to 7 years of experience in Learning and Development and Talent Management
．Fluency in Chinese and English language
．Knowledge of MS Office suite
．Effective and professional verbal & written communication skills
．Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on driving and delivering on objectives and performing day-to-day requirements
．Project management skills and presentation skills
．Self-motivated individuals with the desire to succeed and empower others
