Job Description
【Introduction】 Our client is one of the most significant LNG EPC company with global scaling.
【Responsibilities】
- Compiles clerical data to be used for preparation of periodic reports such as Material
- Control reports, QC reports and progress reports that requires data analysis.
- May type various documents such as letter, minutes of meeting, standard forms, etc.
- Maintains/ updates files of transmittals, drawings, requisitions, purchase orders, data sheets etc.
- Prepares requisitions for reproduction and office supplies.
- May operate reproducing machines and other general office equipment.
- Data input / maintenance.
- Paper reports compilation and verification.
- Translation support
【Requirements】
- Capable to operate PC (especially to Outlook/Microsoft office/Pdf)
- Basic English Writing/Reading/Speaking ability.
- Document Control / Filing
- 2～8 years Job experience
- High school Education or equivalen
