職務描述
1. Assist outside(field) sales to facilitate business development.
2. Act on daily reports for orders processed as Quote to Follow.
3. Make out a spreadsheet of quotations conscientiously for each customer inquiry.
4. Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations systemically until business is confirmed Won or Lost
5. Wrap new bookings to the operation team with full information once receiving the request from the customer.
6. Maintain and update results of all Sales leads.
7. Solve complaints of customers in a proper and timely
8. Prepare proposals, reports, or presentations as needed
9. Update and keep current the contact list and general information about customers in the system database
10. Answer to the best of ability inquiries from the clients and ensure customer satisfaction
11. Complete other assignments by supervisor.
