Job Description

1.Produce technical guides, application notes, and data sheet and installation content for internal and external use.
2.Develops sales tools including sales presentations, and demonstration scripts and can effectively communicate product benefits with internal sales teams and customers.
3.Tracking post-sales product feedback and quality by liaising with Support teams.
4.Support product launch activities, assist with tradeshows, conferences, and sales training.
5.Support marketing programs, campaigns and additional assets with content and messaging to drive demand.
