Job Description
Responsibilities at the Corporate Operations Headquarters (Swiss Companies) for Overseas Financial and Accounting Matters, including but not limited to:
1. Lead and collaborate with accounting functions in Swiss subsidiaries.
2. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to management and stakeholders
3.Conduct the preparation and analysis of financial statements in English for the Swiss Companies.
4.Coordinating the forecasting, monitoring, and achievement of transfer pricing targets for the Swiss company.
5. Prepare financial statements of the external audit of Swiss holding company for consolidation.
6. Collaborate with both Taiwanese and Swiss auditors on related audit/ taxation matters to ensure compliance and accuracy.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication across departments.
8. Ad hoc projects as required
