Position Overview:
Execute VM & Operation duties and assignments from Retail Manager.
Assist PCD TR for administration, operation, maintenance, VM update and projects support.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Inter departmental coordination, market visit application and meeting arrangement.
2. Prepare and update routine internal reports and presentation materials, collect and verify data, refer problems to manager for resolution.
3. Collect store monthly VM photos, maintenance, VM problems solving, expense claims…etc.
4. Order and maintain monthly packaging, makeup materials and stationery.
5. Surport the shop maintenance and new store opening related work preparation.
6. Assist and calculate training gifts, training materials, training utilities arrangement.
7. As contact window VM supplier, market visit application, expense claim.
8. Follow up the details and status with RM and assist related process.

主要職責：
1. 各部門協調、市場訪問申請及會議安排。
2. 準備和定期更新內部報告資料，收集和核對數據，向經理提出解決方法。
3. 每月定期拍攝紀錄店鋪的視覺陳列設計照片、維護、視覺陳列設計問題解決、費用報銷等。
4. 訂購和維護每月的包裝、美妝用品和文具。
5. 支援店鋪維護及新店開業的相關工作準備。
6. 協助並計算培訓禮品、培訓材料、培訓用品安排。
7. 作為視覺陳列設計供應商的聯繫窗口，協助市場訪問申請、費用報銷。
8. 隨時與業務經理跟進需求，並協助相關流程。
