Job Description
EnGenius Technologies is looking for a dedicated and proactive E-commerce Jr./Sr. Specialist to support the growth of our e-commerce business. This role will assist in implementing e-commerce strategies, managing platform operations, and driving online sales growth. The E-commerce Specialist will work closely with the Global E-commerce Manager to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing daily operations on existing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).
2. Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics using data analytics tools.
3. Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on e-commerce platforms.
4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing reviews.
5. Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce marketing plans, including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
7. Provide insights and recommendations to identify new opportunities and improve current strategies.
8. Work closely with the Global E-commerce Manager and other departments to support e-commerce initiatives.
