職務描述
Key Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for coordinating, collecting and filing of all related purchase documents including invoice and shipment alerts …etc
• To be responsible for all inbound and outbound logistics for raw material, sub-assembly or finished goods activities including shipment arrangement/co-ordination/tracking and import/export declaration and arrangement globally
• To be responsible for vendor/customer code setup and system maintenance
• To be responsible for PR/PO placement and follow up, supplier selection and price negotiation
• To be responsible for supplier/customer contract collection and maintenance
• To be responsible to prepare monthly reconciliation or regular periodical reports
• To coordinate and cross working with different stakeholders of different departments/functions across different location globally
• 負責協調、收集和歸檔所有相關採購文件，包括發票和出貨…等
• 負責原材料、分裝件或成品活動的所有進出物流，包括全球裝運安排/協調/追蹤以及進出口報關和安排
• 負責供應商/客戶代碼設定和系統維護
• 負責PR/PO的投放和跟進、供應商選擇和價格談判
• 負責供應商/客戶合約的收集和維護
• 負責準備每月對帳或定期報告
• 與全球不同地點、部門/職能的利害關係人協調及協作
Requirements:
• Degree holder in logistics, forwarding, sourcing, administrative related fields
• At least 3 years administrative, sourcing or supply chain related job experience with hands on experience and knowledge of SAP
• Good understanding of global trade compliance and customs clearance process in PRC, Asia, South America and EU countries would be an asset
• Mature, independent, responsible and accountable
• Self motivated with positive attitude and excellent English and Mandarin communication and writing skills
• 擁有物流、貨運、採購、行政相關領域的學位
• 至少 3 年管理、採購或供應鏈相關工作經驗，具備 SAP 的實務經驗與知識
• 對中國、亞洲、南美洲和歐盟國家的全球貿易合規和清關流程有深入了解
• 成熟、獨立、負責
• 自我激勵，態度積極，具有優秀的中英文溝通與寫作能力
