Job Description
【Introduction】
Our client is a prominent Japanese company that operates primarily in the field
engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for various industries. They are
currently looking for a HSE supervisor responsible for assisting with the implementation of the client's HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) program throughout the project duration, displaying positive leadership, and maintaining good relationships with all site management, personnel, and other third parties.
【Responsibility】
1. Arrange /Conduct / monitor the following:
- Green field and brown field training
- Internal HSE induction courses
- Daily Tool-box talks
- STARRT meetings
- Emergency response coordination
2. Cover designated site areas, providing supervision and monitoring as assigned by the HSE Manager/HSE Lead Engineer.
3. Handle applications for work permits.
4. Establish the eJSO system, summarize reports, and enhance trend analysis, among other improvements.
5. Provide night shift coverage, including both green field and brown field situations as required.
【Requirements】
- Bachelor's degree of engineering related majors
- Over 2~5 years of experience
- Experience in the oil and gas construction business
- Brown field or an existing live plant experience will be a plus
- Commercial English Skills
