職務描述
*We demand senior thermal engineers to develop high TDP server with high level air and liquid cooling solutions.
1. Thermal solution for high power density
2. Rack level solution of direct to chip Liquid cooling
3. HVAC experience, with design / arrangement capability for data center Develop air / liquid cooling solutions to meet the requirement of various customers.
4. Engineers should have ability to integrate cooling solutions, good knowledge and experience on heat transfer and fluid dynamics application, incl.
5. CFD skills for design and development the products.
6. Need effective communication skills to engage with customer earlier, meet current / future requirements and lead thermal SPEC in the market.
