Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing all game settings across the company’s games portfolio. It requires a strong technical understanding of game settings, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to update and maintain relevant documentation and spreadsheets. Responsibilities include demonstrating ownership of all tasks, working closely with the commercial team, and contributing to additional projects as required.
Key Responsibilities
Management
Oversee and optimize game settings to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
Adjust game settings based on performance data and market trends.
Technical Understanding
Possess a strong understanding of the technical components involved in the many different game settings.
Collaborate with technical teams to address any technical issues and implement improvements.
Documentation and Updates
Maintain and update all relevant documentation, spreadsheets, and reports.
Ensure all data is accurately recorded and accessible for team members and stakeholders.
Ownership and Accountability
Take full ownership of the process responsible for applying and modifying game settings, from initial setup to ongoing adjustments.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Collaboration with the Commercial Team
Liaise with the commercial team to ensure game settings align with commercial objectives and strategies.
