職務描述
DSPD is looking for a Project Specialist with at least 3 years experience to deliver day-to-day business and administrative support to the product team in their daily work. Another key goal is
coordinate tasks of ISO13485 certification application, ensure tasks are delivered on time and on budget. It is also essential to keep the team’s tracking data and filing organized in the centralized system by utilizing group electronic filing, archiving, such as PCN, EOL, Part Number Creating, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks to products and projects developed with the need to achieve team and business goals
- Coordinate tasks of ISO13485, and create flow and process in written documents
- Archive tracking data and filing in n the centralized system PLM.
- Deepen and widen the service scope to maximize stack holder’s satisfaction.
