職務描述
Job Summary:
Executes marketing & communications strategies which support the group and agencies’ business objectives, in line with the strategy and values, and enhances and protects its reputation.
Essential Functions:
1- Public Relations:
• Support all external public relations and internal employee relations activities
• Organize and attend promotional events such as exhibitions and industry visits
• Support media inquiries and interview requests
• Develop and maintain Facebook and official website
• Create content for press release, B2B advertorial and advertising
2- Communications:
• Oversee and support all external public relations activities, both globally and locally
• Assisted in developing and delivering employee soft-skill annual training(L&D) programs and workshops, Coordinate employee training initiatives
3- Other
• Support other project-based request from Management team
• Assisted in developing and delivering employee soft-skill annual training programs and workshops, Coordinate employee training initiatives
• Monthly tracking report for PR exposure and award records
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends
