Job Description
1.Global Performance Management Implementation and Execution
▶Implement global performance management processes, providing relevant training, consultation, tools, and support to ensure effective execution of the practices.
2. Global Talent Development Project Implementation and Execution
▶Plan and implement talent development programs, advance talent development projects both domestically and internationally, assist in key talent cultivation and coaching, and establish and maintain a talent pool.
3. Promotion and Transition Management
▶Conduct annual promotion, probation management, PIP and termination procedures, ensuring transparency, fairness, and legality of policies and processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
4. Digital Transformation (Workday Implementation)
▶Assist in the establishment and maintenance of systems for talent development, performance management, promotion processes, and other related workflows, promoting the digitization and digital transformation of HR processes.
5. Ad Hoc Duties and Project Assistance:
▶Handle additional tasks as assigned by managers and assist in various HR projects as needed.
