The Long Haul Business Development Division at KKday is vibrant, dynamic, and forward-thinking. Our team is constantly seeking new business opportunities to propel KKday to the top of the travel e-commerce market in the APAC region. As a Key Account Manager, your role will be to nurture and expand relationships with both existing and new high-profile accounts, with the goal of boosting sales volume for these partners.
【Job Description】
- In charge of a set of key accounts (Disney, Universal studios, Transportation, etc.) to groom their performance on KKday
- Analyze accounts’ performance and operation metrics to provide solutions to optimize accounts performance
- Work with accounts to execute campaign and sales strategies to achieve accounts ambitions
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, business development, and operation teams to ensure all execution are completed successfully
- Engage accounts to participate in KKday campaigns and work with them to execute and deliver campaign targets
【Requirements】
- Bachelor's degree or higher education in any field, coupled with 3 to 5 years of working experience
- Relevant account management experience in the tourism industry
- Experience in e-commerce industry is preferred
- Good communication capability and enjoy client facing work
- Good analytical skills
- A goal getter and a good team player, and not afraid to take challenges
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, additional languages is a plus
