職務描述
1. 負責賣場門市營運管理。
2. 負責與客戶關係的建立與維繫。
3. 協調高層跨部門事宜，落實公司規章制度，塑造企業形象及良好工作環境。
4. 落實績效管理制度，活絡公司及診所間縱向與橫向交流。
5. 負責員工的招募、訓練、稽核與管理與調度。
6.其他行政管理相關專案規劃與執行。
7.上級主管交辦事項。
