職務描述
★Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs that meet business goals.
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Design high-fidelity UI mockups and work with the development team to ensure accurate implementation.
Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all user interfaces.
★Requirements:
3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX and UI design skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with responsive design and designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in a startup environment and LLM-based system is a plus.
