【工作任務】
The merchandising team needs to constantly look for ways to improve performance and business with the ultimate goal of ensuring "right stock, right place, right time" in maximizing businesses and profits in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:-
- work closely with Retail team members, VM and EC team to oversee the needs from different departments and occasions
- Solid communication is also required with Stores, Retail Team and EC Team for a well understanding of each aspect's profile to ensure the necessary needs, products and allocations be catered
- Generate and organize sales & stock data, prepare and compile different reports for an analytical work
- Manage and monitor inventory and stock level and work closely with internal departments on stock replenishment and allocation to ensure sufficient stock level
- Assist seasonal product training and local marketing product seeding arrangement from Korea HQ Team guidance
- Monitor the delivery status to meet the global launch plan and business target
- Handle stores enquiries and defective handling
