Job Description
【工作內容】
物流行政工作內容:
1. 負責倉儲相關進出貨、盤點、雜發、雜收、報廢、調撥等物流系統帳管理作業。
2. 期/現貨驗收、出貨單作業。
3. 列印COA、SDS、料號、GHS標籤、客製化標籤。
4. 物流託運運費計算(需會操作基本EXCEL)。
5. 派車、貨品/出貨單異常聯絡、大榮客訴單。
6. 物流部門財務作業: 雜項應付/預付、耗材請購
7. 物流部門行政作業: (部門公告、表單製作、生日餐領取、託運單/出貨單整理發放)
8. 主管交辦事項。
【優勢】
彈性時間：8:10~17:30、8:40~18:00
午休時間：11:50~13:10 (1H20分)
