職務描述

這個職位主要是處理貿易文件,為銷售團隊提供支持,並為公司尋找新客戶。
該職位需要良好的溝通技巧,以作為客戶與公司之間的接口,確保物流、付款和銷售流程順利進行。
職責/義務:
1. 開發新客戶:拓展新客戶並銷售。
2. 出差需求:需能接受出差。
3. 貿易文件管理:製作、審查並管理進出口文件,包括發票、信用狀、採購訂單及相關文件。
4. 物流協調:與母公司人員溝通安排物流事宜。
5. 運輸管理:與貨運代理和船運公司聯繫,解決交付相關問題。
6. 樣品運送:處理產品樣品的運送。
7. 銷售報告分析:準備和分析銷售資料。
8. 訂單追蹤:監控訂單狀態,並在必要時採取修正措施。
9. 數據管理:管理日本、韓國、台灣、中國、泰國和越南等市場的銷售活動。
10. 製作行銷資料:協助製作行銷資料,以利成功銷售。
11. 內勤支援:協助上級處理銷售相關工作。
12. 語言要求:精通英文及中文,並具備簡體和繁體的讀寫能力。
會其他方言/語言如粵語、福建話、上海話、葡萄牙語和西班牙語者優先。
13. 工作許可:必須具備在台灣居留和工作的合法身份。
14. 客戶服務:為客戶訂單及相關問題提供協助。
15. 溝通能力:需要具備優秀的溝通能力。
條件:
1. 學歷:學士學位或同等經驗。
2. 客戶服務/文件處理經驗:具有客戶服務導向或文件處理的經驗。
3. Microsoft Office技能:精通Microsoft Office,特別是MS Excel。
4. ERP/CRM經驗:具備ERP和CRM系統的實務操作經驗。
The main focus of this position would be to partially handle all trade documentation, advising sales team accordingly and pursue new customers for the company group. In addition, it is required good communication skills to perform the interface between customers and company in order to guarantee the proper flow of information among the parts regarding logistics, payment, and new sales.
Responsibilities, Duties and Requirements
• Target new customers sales
• Availability to travel
• Create, review, and manage the whole import/export documentation: invoices, LC, purchase orders and related documents;
• Communicate with mother company personnel to arrange logistics aspects for the sales performed;
• Communicate with forwarders and shipping companies to manage issues related to delivery;
• Handle the shipment of samples and marketing material;
• Prepare sales data and analyze sales result;
• Help to follow-up orders statuses and take necessary measures to remedy related issues when applicable;
• Manage all data driven activities in sales function for Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, Thailand and Vietnam;
• Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success;
• Assist sales manager in sales related tasks;
• Should be able to communicate in Mandarin and preferentially read and written in Simplified and Traditional characters
• Other dialects/languages as Cantonese, Hokkien, Shanghainese, Portuguese and Spanish is a plus
• Should have a good command in English as well
• Need to have a permit status that allows to stay and work in Taiwan
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Customer-service oriented/Documentation experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
