Job Description
1. 負責書店的營運管理，帶領團隊完成目標業績。
2. 庫存管理、協助處理訂貨、盤點、點貨事宜。
3. 商品進銷存、退換作業管理與監督。
4. 營業報表整理與分析。
5. 關注服務流程與品質，維護顧客關係，有效處理客訴及客人的意見回應。
6. 人事管理、SOP建立、員工訓練。
7. 行銷主題活動策劃。
8. 場地租借管理。
9. 其他主管交辦事項。
