Job Description
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Execute month-end/year-end tasks for accounting activities.
2. Review accounting vouchers; Prepare reliable financial management and statutory reports; Monitor the accounting, credit & collections, banking and financing processes in accordance with local legal, tax and corporate requirements.
3. Control the payments to 3rd parties. Dual signature together with site manager for all Bank payments.
4. Deal with the Transfer Pricing matters and prepare the Transfer Pricing report.
5. Implement and control the relevant sections of the Internal Control and Security Requirement in order to be compliant with standards. Monitor and recommend the compliance status of the internal Control Requirement.
6. Control accounts receivable and timely monitor the cash collection from 3rd parties. Control the credit limit of the customers.
7. Management master data of Vendor and Customer.
8. Ensure and control the compliance of plant security and information security policy of Pingtung site.
