【Responsibilities】
• suggests, develops and implements advanced process technology, production equipment to ensure continuous improvement, and highest quality levels.
• ensures highest reliability and availability by efficient and preventive maintenance of building, facilities & utilities, production equipment & systems and analytical instruments.
• sets, maintains and manages high standards of maintenance & operation of facilities, equipment and utilities.
• implements local regulations in close contact with government and non-government organizations.
• solves the challenges during the production lines construction with all of vendors in order to meet the cost and schedule target for the key customer.
【Who you are】
• Equal or better Bachelor degree (Master preferred) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field.
• Experience in managerial position with multinational company in Processing Industry (Chemical, Pharmaceutical) or Manufacturing Industry is essential.
• Professional experience in global project management or work in complex global environment (6-8 years as a guide).
• Experience in international quality systems (Six Sigma, TQM, QA, GMP, ISO) beneficial.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities; ability to motivate employees; excellent command in English; excellent communication and intercultural skills.
