Job Description
1.帶領長輩進行課程及活動。
2.關懷與觀察長輩,在其有需求發生時能及時提供服務。
3.撰寫所負責長輩的服務紀錄,並清楚向主管回報。
4.參與定期團體討論會議,落實分享個案照顧經驗。
5.維護照顧場域環境舒適與清潔。
6.其他主管臨時交辦事項。
