職務描述
• Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the spa, including its programs, services, hours of operation, facilities, and staff.
• Coordinates the delivery of spa services, fitness, and wellness, reservations, reception and changing room areas.
• Responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, and cost-effective usage of all department.
• As a department head, directs and works with the management team and employees to successfully execute all spa operations.
• Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
