The Impact you’ll make:

• Support operational decisions by means of sound business analysis and an “outside in” focus.

• Support execution of organizational and performance improvements by means of a convincing strategically aligned and solid factual plan.

• Monitor the financial position of the Market, Business and Function.

• Identifies risks and opportunities to current financial projections and takes corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement, cost improvements, productivity improvement).

• Coordinate and assist in preparing the Monthly Business Review Meeting, RoFo and AOP reviews, reports and analysis.

• Prepares and advices on investment business case reviews (e.g. marketing programs)

• Manage relationships with other finance pillars, gathering inputs and jointly ensuring financial control

• Receive predetermined work assignments that are subject to a high level of control and review.

• Use established guidelines, procedures and policies

• As a highly skilled specialist, contribute to the development of concepts and techniques.

• Complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways.

• Consistently work on assignments requiring independent action and initiative to resolve issues.

• Make recommendations for new procedures

• University degree in business related disciplines e.g. Finance, Accounting or Economics

The Skills and Knowledge you’ll bring:

• At least 3 years solid experience with emphasis on FP&A or management accounting

• Strong analytical skills and highly advanced abilities with data analysis using Excel

• Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skill (using Powerpoint), proactive, assertive, adaptable to change

• Team player, able to work with all levels of people, work independently, self-motivated, responsible, detailed minded, ability to multitask and prioritize
