職務描述
1. Store and Counter Space Planning
- Develop and supervise store and counter layouts that align with both brand visual merchandising standards and local market needs.
- Collaborate with brand headquarters and management teams to finalize design concepts and strategies for each project.
- Select appropriate materials and fixtures for store design and installation, ensuring durability, brand alignment.
- Manage the budget for each projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards in execution.
2. Store Setup/ Renovation/ Relocation/ Closure Management
- Execute and manage the setup, renovation, relocation or dismantling of store and counter projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to guarantee smooth execution and adherence to project timelines and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and supervise on-site operations, ensuring quality control throughout all phases of construction, renovation, and dismantling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the execution of store setup or renovation projects, ensuring that timelines are met.
3. Hardware Maintenance and Facility Management
- Regularly inspect and maintain hardware and store facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Handle repairs, troubleshoot hardware issues, and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
4. Procurement and Equipment Management
- Lead the procurement of work-related equipment, including price inquiries, quotation comparisons, and negotiations.
- Prepare comparison charts to support decision-making on purchases and maintenance contracts.
5. Vendor Management
-Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors.
Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of visual merchandising projects by managing vendor performance.
