Job Description

⦿工作內容
 ➜負責接待顧客與提供需求服務
 ➜各項電信相關產品介紹與銷售
 ➜協助店務管理(商品、現金、庫存…等)
⦿薪資及各項津貼/福利說明
 〔遠傳電信〕
 ➜底薪29000 + 各項獎金=約35K~42K
 ➜新人下店組第一個月,享有保障業績獎金約6000元
 ➜新人結訓另發5000元結訓獎金鼓勵
 ➜員工門號電話費補助1600元(每個月額外補助)
 ➜員工旅遊費用補助10000元
 ➜員購福利(手機折價優惠等)
 ➜年終獎金2個月/並依員工工作表現,及公司整體營運狀況,進行調薪
 
 ⦿工作時間/休假制度
 ➜每日上班固定8小時工時,外加1.5小時休息時間
 ➜彈性排休制度,月休8~11天 (依公司規定安排休假)

 ➜依居住地分配至各直營門市/全台皆有門市據點
